    Dell off-lease Notebook(NB) Warranty Policies

     

    NB Regular Warranty:
  • 3 month Parts and labor warranty from MTC invoice date
  • All NB's come with MS XP Pro and COA
  • No warranty on battery.  However, all batteries have been checked during system recovery and the failed units have been replaced with working ones.
  • All hardware components function properly.
  • All NB's have gone through 1hr+ extensive diagnosis burring in test.

    NB As-Is Warranty:
  • No Parts or labor warranty.
  • No O/S, Component Drivers or any extra S/W installed
  • Battery sold As-Is
  • Average failure rate on MB and LCD panel is around 1% but not guaranteed; for your ref only 2% price discount will be applied.

    Note: It is MTC discretion to either replace or credit the defective components within warranty period.
